VicBears and ChillOut are excited to announce the dates for Australia’s newest and what we hope will soon be one of the biggest, Bear festivals – Beartopia.

In the tradition of the fabulous ChillOut festival, VicBears is heading to Daylesford, for a weekend of Country Bear Pride where the city and country Bears can come together for three days of Bear themed fun.

Now we can’t give too much away about what we’ve got planned just yet, but to whet your appetites – how does a pop up bear bar sound? Yep the wonderful folks at The Daylesford Hotel have given us our very own Daylesford Den for the weekend, where every night between 5.30pm and 9.30pm you can come and have a drink, a feed or just hang out with other Bears till the evening events start.

And speaking of the evening events, one of VicBears most popular and infamous parties will also be joining us at Beartopia – can’t tell you which party it is, but we can tell you to bring along your best undies ; )

This is shaping up to be an amazing weekend and we’ll be revealing the full festival program at the Beartopia launch later this year. In the meantime we do strongly suggest you book your accommodation early as Daylesford is a popular tourist destination and properties are booked well in advance.

We’ve had a huge amount of support from local accommodation providers in relation to the Beartopia Festival so whether you’re looking for a Bear B’N’B, Cub clubhouse or Muscle Bear Mansion – there’s accommodation to suit every need.
